TRANSFORMING AND COMMUNICATING A KOREAN COSMETICS BRAND TO THE US MARKET
We partnered with MustaeV USA to help them reposition and re-brand on the third year of the brand's launch in USA. We redesigned and redeveloped the brand's digital home with an all improved and user friendly e-commerce site. With the scope to reach the b2c audience while maintaining our loyal b2b customer, we introduced new sections and channels with editorial and experience-rich content. We introduced the first branded campaign themed "BeYourself" and "New Looks" section.
As a result of our partnership and a unified digital, social and communications strategy, the brand is enjoying a consistent growth in sales on their e-commerce, consistent organic growth on the brand followers and brand awareness.
